PAST
What we have built so far
In 20tab, 2023 was a year of concreteness and refinement: we worked extensively on the team, the methodology - our 20tab way - and, of course, alongside our clients and partners.
We advanced the 🟢validation of new business ideas, improved data management and visualization for companies, experimented and learned about XAI, and, in collaboration with the Django Software Foundation, we put our expertise at the service of the Django community→ to make it more united and fruitful.
In 2023, we participated and learned, pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone, at conferences such as PyCon Italia→, one of our essential events, Agile Product Day, Italian Agile Days, Come to Code, EXPO Ferroviaria 2023 where we participated with our client ETS, Cassini Hackathon and Startup Weekend. We also attended international events like PyCon DE, PyData Berlin, Python Web Conf, CitusCon, PyCon US, DjangoCon US, EuroPython, TestCon and Web Summit.
We built and fully experienced 🟡Product Management Day 2023, the third edition* of our product-focused conference. A day dedicated to content and networking, with over 300 participants and 115 companies, international guests, and the promise to meet again in 2024.
*By the way, the playlist with talks from this edition will be available to everyone soon.
Disclosure is packed with interesting resources and insights for anyone who works in, or cares about, innovating and creating digital products.
PRESENT
What we have in our shared baggage
During 2023, we had the pleasure of sharing bits of our method and daily life at 20tab with the outside world.
Just a few weeks ago, we hosted a 🛸Webinar on Hera: an hour where our Head of Product, Gabriele Giaccari, took participants into Product Discovery and introduced Hera, our toolbox rich in canvases and frameworks. If you missed it, you can catch up here!
Speaking of useful frameworks and tools, our Head of Growth, Mirko Maiorano, made two templates available to everyone that we use in our daily work:
the Meeting Board, essential for gathering all the relevant information during calls and tracking them (also for asynchronous use);
The Right It! Canvas, a strategic tool designed to provide a systematic approach to developing and validating innovative ideas, inspired by the principles outlined in Alberto Savoia's book, 'The Right It: Why So Many Ideas Fail and How to Make Sure Yours Succeed'.
The templates are available in the Miroverse: integrate them into your team boards right away and take them with you into 2024!
We're sure these tools will be useful to your colleagues and friends, and we're glad you embrace the concept of Disclosure.
FUTURE
What we can do together in 2024
Do you have a new product to develop or want to improve what you already have?
The 20tab team specializes in developing innovative digital products using Python and Django, and the latest technologies, including XAI.
Our method is Agile and Lean, encompassing all the practices and toolboxes we have tested and adopted over the years, and we call it the 20tab way.
We team up with our clients, leveraging all our skills and mindset to create something that has a real impact on users, society and on the future.
